Amazing place with nice food. Definitely a place to eat fast with non fast food options! They have pastry and coffee as well!
Joan’s on Third is a fantastic spot to visit for so many different reasons. They have both a sit in option or you can grab and go. They have a terrific assortment of all varieties of food. Whether you are looking for something to eat and drink for breakfast or looking to bring something to a party they have you covered. Good food and friendly service per usual, waited about 20mins for a table for 3 to become available so we ate standing for a while. There’s no system for waiting for a table, just people getting mean, so bring your most aggressive and shameless friend.
