Joan Parma found our house four years ago and just sold it for us. Joan went above and beyond for us; after purchasing our house, she worked every year to find comps so that we could protest our rising property taxes. Over the years, Joan has become a friend and we look forward to staying in touch.

Joan is amazing! She has years of experience and is very knowledgeable about real estate in Dallas. We sold our first home and bought our second home with Joan. It was a joy working with Joan in selling my home. Her style is working as a partnership and offers advice but takes into consideration your input. Joan Parma had been in the DFW area and knows the ins and outs of the business. She has a keen eye for details when walking through houses. Furthermore, on fairly new homes she has good background with the builders and what to be careful about and what to look for beyond the obvious. She also is diligent through negotiation process and the entire time leading up and through closing.
