Joan a horrible. I did therapy with a family member, to address some things/look for reconciliation. During the sessions, the family member was unresponsive. Rather than encouraging a conversation, or asking what the other person thought about what I was saying, Joan would watch me talk, and never prompt the other party to respond. During many sessions she did not even speak, and ?I would literally have to ask her to mediate (at which point she would hem and haw). We have been seeing Joan for 10 1/2 years. She is great she saved our marriage many times!! I highly recommend her!!
Worst therapist ever. My wife was suffering from postpartum depression and she further blamed her traumatized our relationship. She also fat-shamed my wife.
