Joan Shelley is competent, caring and will always take the necessary time to address your needs.
Though I was quite late for my appointment, they saw me. Apparently someone canceled at the last minute and they were able to see me. They found I had a serious health issue. The NP spent enough time to address the issue and answer all my questions and concerns. I so appreciate them. I would highly recommend them.
