I was seeing Joan from around the ages of 15-17 and she was awful to me. All she ever cared about was my mom paying the copay. She had told me she didn't know what to do with me because the meds weren’t working and that I was just treatment resistant. Basically that I couldn’t be helped. Joan is awesome! She's very down to earth, straight forward and easy to talk to. Highly competent, with a wealth of info. Knows much about all the different meds and how to work with the insurance companies. My family has experienced several different providers over the years, but none have measured up to Joan Carapucci. Joan, You ARE appreciated!!!

The lady who answers the phone to schedule appointments has an uncalled for bad attitude. She was absolutely rude for no reason and placed me on hold for 20 minutes, I hung up and called back 5 minutes later and they ended up being closed. The fact that this person can work at a psychiatric place and have such a horrible attitude to people who are trying to help themselves is so gross. I hope whatever this lady is going through she can over come.
