Joachim helped my husband and I with our recent condo purchase in Union City and I cannot recommend him more. Jo made sure he was available to show us the place a few times, then to contractors, family members, etc. He works hard and will always find time to accommodate. He also went above and beyond to help us find a contractor, walk us through the renovation process, and helped us close quickly (in less than 2 months!) Terrible terrible terrible! Found apartment listed with this agent. Came to an agreement on all terms for the rental, submitted rental application, paid $80 for credit checks and waited for all the paperwork. All of a sudden, agent informs us owner will not accept us because we have a pet, even though the unit is listed as being pet friendly and we discussed this several times previously.
