Our favorite Japanese steakhouse.
Had the worst experience ever after 20 years coming here. No appetizers, no sushi, we were there 3 hours n usually there maybe a hour n half, had to sit with people we didnt know with this covid goin on when there was boothes w 2 people in them, we had 4. Then to top it off, our punk waiter was horrible and then put a 20% gratuity when closing out the receipt when we gave him a cash tip already and I put a zero with a line thru it on the tip area. Horrible service, not enough staff. Food was amazing as usual though.
Been going to Joto for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience. My family and I always have wonderful food, talented chefs, and great service. Way better than Kobe.
best drink menu around. service from chefs could be better - no personality. it's supposed to be dinner and a show.
