This guy is very professional. Couldn't make the initial appointment time and had the courtesy to call and reschedule rather than leave me hanging, then as a way of an apology for any inconvenience, gave me a discount off the repair costs. Came on time, identified and repaired the burst pipe promptly, very reasonable price as a previous similar repair by another plumber cost me more than double. Was very happy with the replacement downpipes and drainage connections that Nathan installed. He clearly explained how these new ones would be far better than the connections with less chance of blockages.
