The experience was excellent. Prompt and friendly. Nathan addressed the initial issue and went over and above by checking and rectifying a number of other issues he identified. I’m very satisfied with the service provided.
Sam came for a blocked drain and quickly ascertained it was an issue Yarra Valley Water should deal with. He contacted them and it was all fixed promptly. Sam and JO plumbing were great to deal with. Prompt professional and HONEST!!! They are now “our regular plumbers”.
