I was looking for a ES350, they had a clean black one on their lot. The sale rep. was st8 forward with price and fees. They even took an extra $500 off the price. The car run excellent!!!
Bought car March 9th was promised new tires now three months later nothing igor and block my calls always have an excuse. Door handle broke the night I bought the car. Perform service soon light on exhausted sounds like crappie all of the sudden. Had to find me a transmission dip stick for the car before I left the lot. bad business DON'T GO THERE EVER $6K FOR nothing but a fucking headache
Daughter in law bought keep commander march 9th was told to come back Monday for tires because side wall is ripped 3 months now still no tires!!!! Door handle brook with in the first 10 hours of purchase! Touch screen stereo doesn't work like they said. Car sounds horrible they make promises and don't keep them. Then make excuses as to why they haven't made good on their promises. Ignore calls BAD business guess we need fix 29 concussed report to stand outside their lot don't buy from them shaddy shaddy people
My sister bought her car there in march and every time I have talked to her something new has gone wrong with the car, it's bad business to ignore someone's calls especially after months of them being compliant with your lies about how you would get her new tires since hers were bad driving off the lot and she still hasn't gotten them, you don't want to deal with her complaints because you have run out of lies to tell her. Was there on Friday February 5th 2016 early afternoon I was told one thing when I went back at 4 o'clock I was told another thing I felt like I was lied to right to my face could not even look me in the eyes kept turning his head and I know I was lied to
My wife with poor credit came in and drove away with a car. The check engine light came on that same day and JoJos took care of it. I did get slighted out of a detail.
