I've called a day before to get haircuts for my children, I was trying to make an appointment. The woman on the phone told me to just walk in and refused to make an appointment for us. The next day, we walked in and they told us to wait. Another customer comes in and they attend to her right away. I don't understand why my kids couldn't get service when we got there prior to the other customer. Or why is it some people allowed appointments? Very friendly and accommodating. Love the scalp massage shampoo. So relaxed I got lost going back to the chair🤣🤣. Definitely coming back thank you Jo-C!!!
