Promises made and not kept, bad business practices, disgruntled employee's – My experience with JoAnn James interior design reflect a business that is in serious disarray. Disgruntled employees were my first red flag. though the staging team was frindly and professional, I was very disturbed to learn that they did not have any respect for their employer Jo Ann james.
