What is up with fabric store staff?! Same thing at Fabricland. Doesn't matter which store.
9 times out of 10 you won't find an associate to help you. I've been blown off here numerous times and the register lines are ALWAYS long. I've minimized my visits due to the lack of service and lack of product.
Great selection of fabric. Found everything I needed and then some.
Got in, got out. The day after Thanksgiving!!! The prices were low and we found everything we wanted. Everyone there was very helpful and informative.
I am becoming half tempted to drive the extra distance and go to the M-59 location or 23 mile. This store is absolutely horrendous 99.9% of the time. The workers are rude and never willing to help. I have only met one lady, who works at the cutting counter, who was so personable and willing to help. She really was terrific. Went in tonight, needed help and the lady gets an attitude.
