Called to inquire about an item being in stock before driving to go get it. It said it was online but I wanted to double check since there was only one left. The woman I spoke to was rude and cut me off before I could even finish my sentence. Her attitude was ridiculous. Reading the reviews for this page tells me they all spoke to the same woman.
How about looking at what orders need to be done at the beginning of the day. Ordered at 6:30am and at 8pm still no word. I think I will still to the quilting stores from now on even if they are higher price.
Ridiculous attitude from employees even during a pandemic. Won’t be recommending this store even if the world came to an end
Terrible experience with what was supposed to be a curbside pickup. It seems ridiculous that I ordered something at 11:00 am and by noon the next day it wasn’t ready. Not sure why you weren’t made to close all together....
Since JoAnn Fabrics is breaking the law by considering themselves an essential business-they have lost my business.
I waited in line at the cutting counter for over 20 mins. When The lady called my number I said “I’m here.” She called the next number. I repeated that I was there. I was picking up 5 bolts of fabric. She said (super snotty) “bring your stuff over here.” She asked me how much I needed and I said I need To see and she kept moving the fabric all around so I couldn’t focus on how much fabric I needed. 12/1/2019 I arrived to exchange yarn. Same brand, I just needed a different color. The woman who was "assisting" me stated she would return them at the cheapest possible sale price on a gift card. When I explained that was not acceptable and I wanted the SAME BRAND JUST A DIFFERENT COLOR in a straight up exchange she refused.
