I just stood in line for over 5 minutes all I needed was ribbon I had a coupon but for some reason I could not log in to my account at your store? The lady in front of me also cannot log into her account we both had Android devices . the store manager refused to let me use a coupon because I couldn't get on the app. It wasn't just me!! that is rediculous!! the store manager told me it must be a network issue and she couldn't do anything about it. It was very busy today. My daughter tried her 1st sewing class. The instructor was patient and helpful. The store was so busy it was a bit hard to find help on the floor. I would recommend the sewing class
The employees are very rude for no reason.
