Terrible, I don't recommend it to anyone, I took my new car to have a windshield replaced, the interior rearview mirror came back loose, I went back there and they didn't fix it and left me with another problem, regrettable, terrible service, score 0
The local guys at the Arlington shop couldn't have been better. When I dropped my car off, they were clear about how much time they needed. They also gave me a card with their LOCAL number in case I needed to check on anything. The guy warned me that Safelite does not publish local numbers so I should not lose it. This came in very helpful later when I had something come up and needed to delay my pick up. One other thing. Safelite administers windshield replacement for my insurance company.
