I've been living here for a couple of years now. An incident happened on March 30,2025 where I was exiting the community and the gate hit my car. Hilda Garcia automatically told me the gate did not hit my car and that I needed to pay for the gate damages instead of her looking at my vehicle first. Hilda Garcia did not do any further investigation she instantly locked me out of my portal to pay the rest of my rent until she added charges for the gate. Unfortunately, those who have given this one star rating are either individuals who have been evicted, are not actual tenants, or simply cannot afford it. @RenePalomares and Xavier G - First and foremost, we do not micromanage. If you were the tenant on the lease and not the occupant, you should be aware of the rules we have in place for everyone's safety and understand our agreement with the tenant. If you are dissatisfied, please communicate with the tenant who signed the lease and agreed to the terms.
Been here for less than a few months and the place is falling apart and management states that they’re not going to spend any more money on repairs. Broken pipes in the attic leaking into the walls and causing mold, broken garbage disposal clogging sinks, water pouring in through doors anytime it rains, and dryer exhaust pipe blowing moisture and lint into the attic causing a fire hazard and more mold. Management is unresponsive and combative when it comes to repairs. Save yourself the money and find somewhere else to live.
I was only here for a year!! These people are horrible. The requirements are ridiculous and management is unhelpful and dismissive. You have to register each car that is at your complex or else the will tow your car. Had someone helping me with my move not even 20 minutes and car was towed! They nit pick everything and micromanage the hell out you. When I moved in my heater wasn’t working on one of the coldest times in February of 2022.
