We woke up to a main drain blockage this morning. Called Ascend first thing and despite being very busy, they were able to fit me in quickly. I'm thankful for there quick response and will for sure call them again for any plumbing needs. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are in need of plumbing/hvac services
Had a sewer line that needs replaced, they can put and assessed it quickly and got it fixed within a few days.
My elderly mother had an issue with her thermostat breaking and heater stuck on. We were able to disconnect the breaker to turn it off but needed to get it repaired. They sent a technician the same day. Violet was the one I spoke with on the phone and she was both kind and helpful. They had great communication and let me know when the technician would arrive.
