Sump pump went out and of course we noticed on a weekend. We have Ascend Mechanical’s maintenance program and they came right out and fixed our issue! Levi is very knowledgeable in what he does and explained everything to us. Will keep recommending them for any jobs!
I had a gas leak on my OLD furnace + the Gas Company shut it off + Red Tagged it! I was very pleased that Ascend Mechanical/JMS were able to schedule me an appointment for the very next morning. The guys showed up on time + were able to fix the leak + get it running again! They also took some time to discuss benefits of a new furnace! Very pleasant, reasonable + informative company, but not too pushy!
Technician showed up quickly and had problem solved quick and efficiently. Thanks for a great job!
