My elderly mother had an issue with her thermostat breaking and heater stuck on. We were able to disconnect the breaker to turn it off but needed to get it repaired. They sent a technician the same day. Violet was the one I spoke with on the phone and she was both kind and helpful. They had great communication and let me know when the technician would arrive. I did not catch his name , but my mom was very impressed with the job he did and his patience with her questions. Customer service for the entire experience was 10/ 10.... read more

I highly recommend Ascend Mechanical. I been having problems for months with my plumbing and noone seemed to be able to diagnose it which was causing me a lot of extra money. The guy who came to my house was very nice and immediately diagnosed the issue. He was able to fix it on the spot and it was very affordable!

I called to ask how much it would cost have a technician come out. I was advised it was $69. After the technicians looked at my furnace and my HVAC they handed me a bill for $280 and fixed nothing. Very nice technicians but I don't trust this company to repair my unit or install a new one since they deceived me into thinking it would only be $69.00.
