Had a problem with no heat from my furnace and called Ascend Mechanical at noon. At 2:30 pm, Levi arrived and quickly found a plugged drain tube that was causing the sensors to shut down the furnace. He cleared the drain, inspected the furnace to make sure it was working properly, and restored our heat by 3:15. We were so thankful that nothing more serious was involved with the furnace and that Levi and Ascend Mechanical fixed the problem so promptly and professionally. Kudos to the AM team!
