Jessica senske the lady who runs jms is a bad person. I once dropped my wife off at the bankers hill location to pay our HOA fees and as I'm sitting in the car I see Jessica sneaking out the back door as my wife is paying our fees. I asked my wife if she seen her and she said I had no idea she was here. Weve tried over 30x to contact the elusive MS send me but I'm guessing she has done so many people wrong even a paying HOA member is a threat to her. The complex I lived in was terrible. Zero communication They don't even know the rules of associations they are managing.
JMS Property Management is the worst company. If you complain about something, the employees are rude and they do not offer any solutions. Lack of communication between the company and the owners. Stay away from this company.
