Joseph gave us a very reasonable price on repairing our old wooden pergola, did a great job and finished on time. I've recommended him to my sister and his team is now doing some work on her house.
I Had JMS Developers install solar panels, upgrade our sub panel, and patch everything up with stucco after and it looks great! The solar setup looks super clean on the roof, and the new panel was done professionally with no issues. What impressed me most was how clean the stucco patching came out — blended perfectly, like nothing was ever touched. The crew was respectful, and didn’t leave a mess behind. Everything ran smooth from start to finish. Would definitely call them again for the next project
