Most unprofessional work place ever totally unorganized from the h.r to management! The ignorance is beyond anything that should be providing care!
The company is professional. However, it has a few great aides. I live in Valdosta, and my Uncle Aide Sherry is great and good to him and my family! She will go beyond her job description to make sure he is taken care of. Sherry is a hardworking aide, and my uncle Robert is blessed to have her as his aide.
Very unprofessional company. Aides not trained and don’t show up to work. Owner called me a liar and gossiped to his whole staff. Damaged property and didn’t want to replace it with the same item. Instead they offered for what I paid for it even though they’ve gone up in price. I lost money on this. I wouldn’t trust them to care for any patient. Went through several about 4 caregivers with this company and NONE knew how to change a diaper. They don’t know how to cook a fried egg or care for a bed bound patient. Stay far away... read more
