My family has been renting our home from James for 6 years now. The property, while rustic, is cozy and the rent is fair. If we ever have issues, James always responds and works with us to get them fixed. Our experience is not like renting from a large property company that doesn't know who you are or care, for that matter. JMPDX is small, personable and flexible about his tennants' needs and requests.
James Paulson is a Slum lord. Was a renter on 1010 gillis. He has a few other properties in Vancouver Washington and in Oregon. He knowingly rents out homes with knowingly there's no heat and when you complain he says oh well. Tough. And refuses to fix. Called code enforcement in Vancouver they wrote him up for over 5 different violations. Call code enforcement and they will yell you. Going to complain to Better Buisness.
