By far the best restaurant I have been to. I have been to this fine establishment many times and will continue to do so for a long time to come.

Don't expect them to do much if you have a bad experience. I just called to complain about a bad experience I had last night, I told them everything and she says they will give me a credit for 10%, wth?!?! Wow so they are going to pay my tax... big deal! I will not be returning. The "manager says" I'll have to look into this but It's hard to rectify it after the fact". Clearly this is a money hungry place that could care less of you are happy or not. This place is always top notch. It's funny seeing rockfordians think they are big time because they eat here
Skip the teppan tables, eat at Masa. Have the miso salmon or an udon bowl or yakisoba! And sushi, of course.
Great atmosphere and really great fresh food with good variety!!
