My dad purchased four used tires from your company on June 3, 2026. The very next day, a valve stem that was not previously damaged, broke and appears to have been damaged while the tire was being serviced by your shop. He returned on June 5 and was charged $10 to repair it. The same valve stem broke again on June 7, and when he returned today, June 8, he was asked to pay another $10 for the same issue.
