When I rented a property through JMDS they had terrible communication, unsealed plumbing, black mold, a cockroach infestation, a leaky roof and windows as well as holes in the floor caused by rotting wood left unfixed for months. The decline of his company from what it once was to what it is now is staggering. My community has engaged this property management company for over 20 years, and all I can say is the experience has been a complete disappointment in recent years.
