Fantastic service as always. We use JMC derwent park to undertake all the servicing needs for our Volkswagen's. The staff are always a pleasure, and the service prices are reasonable.
Unhelpful, greedy and rude I can just repeat: stay away from JMC. They’re unhelpful, greedy and rude. In 2022 we bought a 2013 Golf at JMC at an inflated post-Covid price. Two years later, the car needed a major repair. Luckily, we have an additional warranty to cover such costs. Interestingly, the repairer to which Presidian, the warranty company pointed us was *not* JMC. Such a scammer. Bought a Suzuki Baleno car here and after a week was found there's a suspension issue, squeaky sounds all the time you driving. Went back to the salesman and refused to giving help, instead wanted us to spend more money to swap with another car.
Really good service easy to deal with made stress free environment Edit just brought another car from Jmc and the service was really good there was a problem with the new car warranty to new owner and Shane fixed it up straight pretty quickly without the stress works out of hours to make sure your happy ! Again thanks Shane for your help finding me a car that suits my needs and fixing up the warranty without a issue
