I've had cars serviced here and bought vehicles here. Unfortunately, the service department leaves a lot to be desired in efficiency and communication. I've found that all VW owners I've spoken to have agreed with my views.

Fantastic experience with JMC in Hobart. Shanae was with me every step of the way. She's professional, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't be happier with my Tiguan Allspace. The features amaze me every time I go for a drive and I'm still discovering new things all the time. My Tiguan is so comfortable to drive and I feel super safe. The height of the vehicle gives you excellent visibility. Alex Roughley was a pleasure to deal with throughout a trying problem with my Q5. His communication was timely, efficient and effective and I was kept up to date over a number of days. Although JMC were unable to resolve the issue, I very much appreciated Alex’s professional attitude and manner.
