The service here doesn’t feel very reliable compared to other Isuzu dealers we’ve visited while travelling around the country. We asked for a simple oil leak from a hose to be inspected - twice - and both times it was neglected. The hose remained covered in the same old oil and grime. When I raised the issue, they used every excuse to deny the mistake - from claiming the old residue was actually “a new leak” that appeared after cleaning, to insisting that inspecting an oil leak doesn’t require cleaning the existing residue (... read more

Great customer service and they got me booked in ASAP. Provided me with a hire car for the day, sent me a detailed report via SMS prior to pickup and even did a follow up call the following day, to check everything was good (which it was). They thoroughly went over the vehicle and even noticed a slight noise coming from the front seat (which is under warranty), and have already ordered the part for me.
