The service here doesn’t feel very reliable compared to other Isuzu dealers we’ve visited while travelling around the country. We asked for a simple oil leak from a hose to be inspected - twice - and both times it was neglected. The hose remained covered in the same old oil and grime. Great customer service and they got me booked in ASAP. Provided me with a hire car for the day, sent me a detailed report via SMS prior to pickup and even did a follow up call the following day, to check everything was good (which it was). They thoroughly went over the vehicle and even noticed a slight noise coming from the front seat (which is under warranty), and have already ordered the part for me. Bryn was helpful and easy to deal with. We didn't end up purchasing an isuzu mux after the second drive we were not sold on the lack of features and average screen display.
Had an unwelcome issue with an engine code 3 times in one morning while on holiday in Tassie. Rang Jackson Isuzu and Axel couldnt have been more helpful in ensuring the issue was properly described, vehicle booked in, and loan vehicle organised. On the day, his customer service was again first class. I dont normally write reviews. Well done Axel and Jackson Isuzu!
