I finally received cabinet faces and drawer fronts after 2.5 months with no contact. I had to call to inquire about my order, and then it was, "Oh yeah, that stuff is here." Two drawer fronts were damaged, but I didn't notice until I started installation two days after delivery. I emailed, got no response. I tried calling, left a message, but no response.
I haven’t had a kitchen since June because of JMC cabinets. After several attempts to work with them to get the cabinets correct, they refuse to fix them. The box and the doors are clearly two different colors. They agreed to take them back and then decided they would not. From the beginning the order was wrong. Wrong sizes, wrong doors and two different color stains. I am still trying to ge this resolved. DO NOT USE JMC cabinets. Dawn Topp agreed in writing to take the cabinets back and pick them up. Visited a close friend during a remodel and noticed immediately how badly the color match was on the cabinet doors. After being told they would replace them, someone who works for this company decided they meet their standards. Do NOT use this company if you want a beautiful kitchen! Would give -5 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough amazing things about JMC! Our cabinets are absolutely beautiful! They are built solid and we get so many compliments on the quality! Furthermore, they are very affordable and working with Erik Maddy was easy! Have a contractor so they can help you…you won’t regret your decision to chose JMC!!!!
