We had JMAC replace the original heat pump on our house 7 years ago with a full variable unit & additional return vents. They gave us outstanding service then, resulting in a very good product that has been very efficient and we have had no issues with it for 7 years. We have only interacted with JMAC for checkups on it several times and they have always been great to work with. I had a horrible experience with another AC Company and went without an AC for 20 days. I called Brent in a desperate state and he was very compassionate and extremely helpful. He came through with a unit and gave me a fair price. He also fit me in as soon as he could (which was a reasonable timeframe). If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They never disappoint me and I would recommend them to everyone.
