Excellent experience from quote to finish. Met Mike at property for quotation review and he already had it done by the time I arrived. Really relatable and down-to-earth business owner. Genuine dialogue. Vanessa was great to work with for Bill Payment and made it an easy process. Also very genuine. This is my go-to tree trimming and removal company here in Flint moving forward.

City, a Flint sent them out to my house to trim my 3 trees in front of my house. No one else on my road has a tree trimmed. Hey, butcher in my trees. They say they're not my trees, but they're taking all my privacy way because I can see right across the street now. I've lived here 27 years and nobody's ever came out and trimmed my trees. I've always trimmed myself. My trees have never looked worse. They said they were gonna take down dead stuff. That's got 4 inch branches coming off the bottom of these trees. We are very pleased with J&M Tree Service. When we receive a sidewalk complaint from a resident, we have been sending them out to evaluate whether city-owned street trees in the public right-of-way are impacting sidewalks. Sometimes tree roots can cause sidewalk lifting and cracks. They have been trimming street trees as part of this service as well, and they have done an absolutely beautiful job.
