City, a Flint sent them out to my house to trim my 3 trees in front of my house. No one else on my road has a tree trimmed. Hey, butcher in my trees. They say they're not my trees, but they're taking all my privacy way because I can see right across the street now. I've lived here 27 years and nobody's ever came out and trimmed my trees. I've always trimmed myself. My trees have never looked worse. They said they were gonna take down dead stuff. That's got 4 inch branches coming off the bottom of these trees. We are very pleased with J&M Tree Service. When we receive a sidewalk complaint from a resident, we have been sending them out to evaluate whether city-owned street trees in the public right-of-way are impacting sidewalks. Sometimes tree roots can cause sidewalk lifting and cracks. They have been trimming street trees as part of this service as well, and they have done an absolutely beautiful job. Mike is a liar. They don't pay more than $20 an hour. They also aren't full time. He has one bucket truck that is broken most of the time. His name isn't even Mike, it's Forrest. There is no lunch, ever. Everything is manual and no tools work. None. Not kidding. The dump trailers don't dump, and the trucks are beyond disrepair. They don't have a mini, and those guys are beaten like donkeys. The chipper is the highlight of this dumpster fire, so all the workers are broke and pissed off about it.

After dad passed away we were struggling trying to get yard work done and she had a dead tree and they came and took care of everything even did some work on the shrubs and the hedge by the driveway. Very nice experience and would use them on my own property when it is needed. Thanks Mike and crew!!!
