Blew a tire on my 5th wheel RV coming into Billings. AAA called and installed the spare. Then traveled to Billings KOA for the night. Saw a J&M add on the KOA pamphlet, the next day I made the trip to their shop with the blown tire to see what they had to offer for a replacement. My wife and I were traveling home to Washington State and had a tire blowout. The next morning I took my trailer in to J&M and they , much to my surprise, were able to sell me a tire, mount it on my trailer, and have me on my way in 30 minutes time! The service was wonderful. The service tech was fast and efficient and very friendly. Then, 45 miles away from Billings, another tire blew out, this time wrapping itself around the axle and was impossible for me to get out.
