I highly recommend J&M Roofing as they exceeded all expectations. Garrett Dunlap was always quick to return calls and consistently followed through on everything throughout the long process of working with our insurance carrier. He provided multiple different shingle options, was knowledgeable on how the shingles impacted insurance premium and was patient with us as we waffled back and forth on color. 1st I would like to say owner is not a man of his word...... 2nd I want to let everyone know j and m roofing has dishonest shady ppl working for them..... I rarely post like this, however, buyer beware. J&M roofed our home in 2021. One portion of our home is a flat roof and it has been leaking since 2022 when we have hard rains. We are in Florida; we have hard rains all the time! When it first began to leak we tried to fix it but decided to call them. They came out and “fixed” the leaks. However, it continued to leak.
