AMAZING. I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with a roof leak since a tornado hit our home last year. The leak didn't make itself known until after the months-long drought had passed -- and Progressive Insurance insists the tornado couldn't possibly have caused the damage, which didn't exist before the tornado, so they won't pay for it. Do NOT use these people, they have no ideal what they are doing and we had to rework almost everything they did, then they took pictures and tried to take credit for the work we did. Disorganized and lousy work ethics. Save yourself the headaches, and use someone else!
We contracted JM Roofing Innovations and Construction for an interior room remodel. We had them convert an open, formal dining room into a home office space by closing off one opening and adding French doors to the other. We are extremely happy with the results! Arturo and his crew worked quickly, cleanly, and with a high attention to detail! Amanda kept us updated through the entire process and made sure all of our questions were answered promptly! After a pipe burst in our home, they worked with us to get everything restored as quickly as possible. In addition to replacing all the flooring, a few walls and base-boarding- they also took on a small, separate, project of updating the bathroom. I’m a very particular and detail oriented person. As such, I’ve had several negative experiences with other contractors in NWA. But everyone at JM did an outstanding job, even by my standards!
