JM Roofing built a permanent awning over my patio. Ever since losing all my mature Oak trees in the Rogers 2024 Tornado, the sun just beats down on the back of my house. I called JM Roofing to inquire about building an awning and the experience was a great one. Detailed architecture plans were sent with the quote, Communication was great and it turned out fantastic. JM roofing responded quickly to our needs after a tornado had done a lot of damage to our home. Jane was there and handled a situation I could never have done without her. Her office staff, Amanda and Hemi, were always so much help and took a lot of time to help me as well. They handled many issues with the insurance company for which I'm very grateful. AMAZING. I have had an absolute nightmare dealing with a roof leak since a tornado hit our home last year. The leak didn't make itself known until after the months-long drought had passed -- and Progressive Insurance insists the tornado couldn't possibly have caused the damage, which didn't exist before the tornado, so they won't pay for it. Do NOT use these people, they have no ideal what they are doing and we had to rework almost everything they did, then they took pictures and tried to take credit for the work we did. Disorganized and lousy work ethics. Save yourself the headaches, and use someone else!
