Customer Review: 1/5 Stars I am very disappointed with the service and quality at JM Nails. My nail polish began chipping just 2 days after my appointment. When I returned to the salon before the 2-week mark to request a correction, they refused to resolve the issue or even assist with removing the polish. Instead, they demanded proof in the form of a photo taken the exact moment the chipping first started. I had a pedicure appointment with Ann. She patiently and gently took care of my in-grown toe nail did such a great job on my french pedicure.
Snow did a fantastic job on my full, colour and design.
