They always do an amazing service and do their best to accommodate people.
I always come to this salon because the girls are very talented. The first two times I got my nails done with Trish and Snow, and they were very sweet and kind, I absolutely loved the end result, they do it with love. This time, they didnt have availability, so I got done with another girl (not gonna mention her name) and at some point, I honestly felt like I just wanted to go home. Worst manicure I’ve ever had. I spent a month growing out my nails for my wedding which is in 3 days. Asked for builder gel, she applied a thin coat, didn’t level it or check the line of light so it was completely wonky. Asked for an oval shape, she filed my nails into triangular spikes that were so thin, my sidewalls are completely gone and destroyed. They were able to fit me in last minute after I broke a nail and they did an amazong job!
