Went to JM nails after a fail attempt from a previous salon and WOW Kate did an amazing job, really took her time! Highly satisfied and recommended!
Very disappointing experience after being a customer for about 4 years. I came in for a polish change and showed a reference photo of the exact colour/look I wanted. The colour itself was eventually matched correctly, but once I got home and the polish dried, I noticed the application was very uneven and sloppy around several of my nails. I called the next day and came back to have it corrected. I took an appointment with Amy… and she didn’t even gave me what I wanted.. just wanted to get over with the work. I’m not coming back and I’ll recommend my friends to go somewhere else.
I was a regular customer, but WON'T go back! I got shellac manicure and paid an extra $10 to get stronger top coat. One of my nail nail polish came off after a week on the weekend. I went back on Monday and they denied to fixed it because it was 3 days over their one week policy!
Karin was absolutely amazing! I came in with a design I wasn't entirely sure they would be able to execute the way I wanted and left wondering if she herself was a Hayley Williams fan with how damn well she did them. can't wait to go back! only slight complaint is the very back table in the salon is very crowded and I always seem to get put there LOL
