Eugene did a great job installing a keypad lock on our door (cut hole, etc). He knocked it out in around 1 hr. Impressive. Thanks Eugene

I got a Triology door lock installed by Eugene not even 6 months ago. The lock is now not working. I paid him around $1,300. I called him to inform him it wasnt working he told me to call triology customer service, i called them and they said they would only trouble shoot with the licensed provider who installed the lock. I have been calling for 3 weeks and each time he says he is out of town and he will send his tech out. I never get a response and no tech is ever sent out.
Responded within minutes, and was able to address all my locks in under an hour. Very responsive and efficient.
