Horrible service department Was in for an oil change on December 31st 2012. I didn't have any where urgent that I needed to be so I and decided to wait for it. The vehicle was sent through what JM refers to as Express Service. About an hour later I got a call from the desk saying the vehicle was done, so I paid, was given my keys, and was told it was parked out front, and that I'm all set. CROOKS Lexus should be ashamed to be associated with this group of crooks. The ol' bait N switch."oh were sorry the car was just sold that we spoke about 5 hours ago and promised you would be here after driving 2 hours. but I can sell you this car for 5K more".Poor business practice.

Friendly service staff Went there for engine work on my RX300. I called around to a couple other shops for price quotes, and JM Lexus gave me the best price. Plus, they give their clients a complimentary loaner car! Service was great--I walked right on in with my RX and right on out fifteen minutes later with my loaner. The repairs were completed to my satisfaction and I would definitly return for service. Just make sure if you go to ANY auto repair shop you already have a few quotes on hand to compare to. Good Customer Service We just bought an used SUV and received the best price and value from this dealer. The salesperson was helpfull, courteous, and respectful. The financing went very well, professionally done. The dealer is very clean, luxurious and staff is earger to help if they see you standing unattended. The auto still has manufacturer warrantly, but the dealer also gives you a year/12K warranty at no additional cost. The first oil change is free. HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE service experience!!! Took 3 1/2 to change my oil and headlight. While waiting was told that I could have one small danish and that was it - needed to make sure that they didn't go bankrupt giving out too much snacks to waiting/paying customers I guess.
