Despite the triple price tag, the work quality was low. Errors. Omissions. And unethical behavior. On most contracting jobs, the GC plays little role in the actual work being done. This leads to errors, omissions, and oversights that the customer has to stress about, and try to prevent, while still paying full price for subpar service.
