We had ongoing problems with our furnace. It was a newer furnace but would quit working several times per year. When Jason came to our house it was the first time he worked on it. He spent a lot of time and even called the support department to diagnose the issue. The furnace had been incorrectly installed and had crossed wires. His dedication to fixing the problem was impressive. Thank you so much Jason!!! Judy W.

I began using JM Heating and Air about a year ago when my air conditioner conked out. They are AWESOME. Honest, On Time. Friendly, Competent, Good Pricing. Most recently 3-4-16 I woke up to find my water heater not working. I called them at 5:30 AM and left a message by 7 AM Jason called and tried to talk me through a "fix" for the pilot light that did not work. Within 2 hours Jason was at my home and fixed the problem. If you need HVAC service Jason and JM is THE PLACE TO CALL

My furnace went out yesterday, because of my work schedule, it was difficult to get someone out here early. I called JM Heating and Air, left a voice message. Needing someone right away, I made a few other calls. The earliest, I could get someone here, without paying afterhours fee’s, was 9:30am. Jason returned my call and was able to come at 7am. I was a little skeptical when I saw nothing but 5 star ratings for this company, but I decided to do business with them anyway. They were great! Their bid was 25% under the other bid I got for a new furnace and their service was excellent. I would highly recommend them to ayone looking for a heating/cooling company.

First researched this company online and with YP.com before calling. They have come to my house twice now, (once for my furnace and another for my hot water heater) and I'm more than happy with their service. If only more companies in this country operated like this, we'd all be better off for sure. Very honest, open and clearly communicated with me. When I mentioned to a friend that I was thinking of having a new furnace installed, he recommended JM Heating and Air. Since its Better Business Bureau rating was "A", I called them for an estimate. He came out very promptly and explained the differences in the various types of units available in very understandable terms, including the quality levels of different brands of furnaces and their efficiency ratings. Had an emergency situation of our furnace motor overheating this morning. Got recommendation to Jason's JM Heating & Air from our neighbor. I called him and within hours he was on site and replaced burned out motor and we are good to go. Didn't lose any nights without use of furnace. I highly recommend Jason's work and professional demeanor. Thanks Jason!

I had an estimate for a very expensive repair to an a/c unit in my rental property. I called JM Heating and Air for a second opinion. Jason, the owner, came out the next day and took a look at my unit. The other company told me I needed several parts replaced. Jason said none of the parts needed replacing and I ended up saving $900 over the other company. He was very honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend this company! The reviews are true! I needed to have my air conditioner repaired. There was a label on the furance that had the phone number of an heating and airconditioning company I called the company and had them give me an estimate.
