Southeast Toyota Finance is the most difficult company to deal with at lease end Buyer Beware! I have been going back and forth for months trying to get back my security deposit. They will use every posible excuse to keep money that they are not entitled to. This company is driven by Greed and run by incompetence and excuses.
This company which is World Omni and Southeast Toyota Finance are FRAUD! They ILLEGALLY REPOSSES vehicles.
My experience with JM Family Enterprises has been most horrific. First I find out that I was sold a gap policy that does NOT pay the balance of the loan off when one is hit by a red light runner. Through no fault of my own, my car was totalled and your company left me owing $800 that has to be paid out of pocket despite contracting with you to prevent this from happening. What kind of operation are you running? Founder, Jim Moran [deceased] WOULD NOT APPROVE of how I have been handled. Full stop.
Our cars are bought and / or leased through JMFamily in last decade or so, and our employee’s as well. They are great providers of cars with almost 200 dedicated sales dealers, and also great service centers (including JMLexus). They are also a great client for our IT consulting company as well. They are on of the best companies to work for not just on Florida but in entire USA �
