I feel totally ripped off. We had a service on an electric forklift to fix a loose battery terminal and the bill was $696.43. For a tech to be onsite for less than 90 minutes. He did have to retap a battery terminal and clean 2 terminals, but that was an outrageous bill for the service. Never again will I use this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
