As an adult TMJ patient, a visit with Dr. D is more than an orthodontic appointment. He has helped me tremendously with nutrition and supplement recommendations. I have been his patient for 15 years (for my TMJ issues) and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the orthodontics or TMJ treatment.
Ellen submitted claims with incorrect birthday. No apology was offered. Asked her to correct birthday and also update address. Sent me claims with misspelled address and wrong zip code. Told me to send in claims myself. She did not include all claims. She omitted first page. Asked her to send me all three pages with corrections on Monday, June 5. Never got back to me as of Friday, June 9. Unacceptable level of professionalism. Send me all correct claim forms asap.

Because birthday was incorrect on in take form. The patients address had changed and we were not informed. He forms which she completed were filled out incorrectly
I have been going to Dr. D for many years. As usual, I had a very good experience.
So blessed to have Dr. Dierkes helping me.
They are always very nice to me from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave greeting me and making me feel comfortable! Always inquiring about my personal life!
