im a returning customer, We have recently purchased 2 gift certificates during their December special and have been trying to schedule since... We get no response to phone calls, voicemails or text. I've got 1 response with a bs excuse and nothing since.
Jennifer Roberts and J&M customs have completely ripped us off!! We have called and called and no response or a bs excuse. I would advise not using them!! We haven’t received the remote start, or a refund.
My daughter had an appointment for today 12/23/19 at 10am so she could get the special they had running for auto window tinting. She got there at 9:45am & no one was there. Got a hold of someone and said they were running a hour late so she went to get something to eat and wait for them at 11:40ish still no one was there. My daughter drove from Stephenville. Good morning sir. You set an appointment with my wife this morning@ 10 am at the time of this message it is 10:15. If you are not going to show up we would like a call. She is going to wait for 15 more minutes then she will take the car else where and we will require the refund of the complete deposit. This is a very bad way to conduct business.
Great customer service! i was able to get my car and husband's truck window's tinted the same day/night!
Great service great people. But been waiting on a call back on having my halos redone and resealing of headlight its been a month and nothing
