J&M has helped move our association forward through its excellent management of records and documentation. They are especially strong in accounting and financial management. While some homeowners may not always agree and may leave negative feedback, my experience has been very positive. In my opinion, they are the best management company we have had in years. J&M condo management in Doral refuses to follow the association rules written in our documents. Anything goes at the property , both lobby doors and walk through gate had the locks broken out , renters here took over the visitor parking spaces permanently, no parking for owners. The property board violated rules by letting in many dogs. This condo has become unsafe with no security. Maintenance HOA charges keep going up and special assessments are constantly passing. J&M does nothing here.

I lived in a community managed by G&M Property Management and unfortunately had a very negative experience. They rarely return calls, their customer service is not courteous, and they are not open to providing clear explanations or solutions to residents’ concerns. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with this company, particularly with Ms. Lisset Santana.

Avoid this property management company at all costs. Associations and boards should think twice before hiring them, as they will not hesitate to keep homeowners’ money without providing any valid explanation.
