The reviews that discuss Jeremy’s kindness and compassion are spot on - at first. I felt exceptionally fortunate to have him on my side. Interestingly enough so are the less flattering comments likely true. In the end, his abrupt and callous manner was shocking and hurtful. It is unacceptable when dealing with people already harmed to be so callous and insensitive.
Mr. Cohen helped me out when my apartment management rejected my emotional support animal. He managed the situation perfectly and with the utmost professionalism. He was very efficient with his work and went above and beyond to ensure that my cat stayed with me. I can't imagine how many college kids like me got strong-armed into following rules without understanding the law, and it's nice to know there are people like Mr. Cohen genuinely looking out for us and our animals.

Jeremy is a calming, wise resource who knows his stuff. He is an excellent listener and knows the law--and when to take action, or not. Speaking with Jeremy helped us understand the situation and he was an enormous help. Absolutely the real deal and 100% recommend.
Completely overpriced for the simple fact that he does not fight in court. Even an easy win and he has no motivation to help out his high paying clients. Highly dissatisfied!
