From the first phone call for an estimate and setting up the appointment to Sean arriving at my home and completing the carpet cleaning, rug cleaning, and sofa cleaning, everything was professional, smooth, and well done. Sean was very helpful with suggestions about which furniture should be moved and what areas he could safely clean around. Excellent carpet cleaning service. Jesus and Gabriel work so well together and really know what they are doing. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable about pet stains, odors, and the kind of mess animals can leave behind. My whole home smells fresh, and the carpet looks spotless and renewed. I really like that they use a rotary pad carpet cleaning method instead of soaking the carpet with too much water. I found J&m Carpet Cleaning online when my sister needed the carpet cleaned in a future baby room. The carpet cleaning turned out excellent and looked fresh and ready for the space. After that, I scheduled service for my mom’s stairs and hallway carpet. Bobby worked hard on some very deep stains from years of wear and heavy foot traffic. When a pipe burst, the water spread through the back part of my home and soaked the carpets and nearby areas. I was away at the time, so the water damage was more serious by the time I found it.
