I used J&m Carpet Cleaning recently for steam cleaning in 3 bedrooms at my home in Reseda. I’m very happy with how the carpets turned out, and I was also pleased with the whole service experience from the first call to the follow-up after the job. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. From the first phone call to schedule service to the great work from Bobby and Sean, the whole carpet cleaning and water damage cleanup experience was smooth and professional. What a gem. I should have taken before-and-after photos. My little pug had made a mess in his favorite areas, and with cream-colored carpet, it was definitely overdue for a deep cleaning. I was honestly surprised by how fresh and clean everything looked after the service, because I thought some of those pet spots were there for good. I finally decided to book an appointment for carpet cleaning, and I’m so glad I did! My carpets were really dirty and I honestly thought nothing could make them look good again. But after the cleaning, they look almost brand new and my whole house smells fresh. Lawrence did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what I expected. I only wish I had reached out sooner instead of thinking I just had to live with stained and worn carpets. I’m extremely happy with how clean everything looks now.
