I finally decided to book an appointment for carpet cleaning, and I’m so glad I did! My carpets were really dirty and I honestly thought nothing could make them look good again. But after the cleaning, they look almost brand new and my whole house smells fresh. Lawrence did an outstanding job and went above and beyond what I expected. I only wish I had reached out sooner instead of thinking I just had to live with stained and worn carpets. I’m extremely happy with how clean everything looks now.

After moving into our new apartment, a hose under the sink broke and water got into the cabinets and soaked the carpets near the bathroom. The office arranged for J&M Carpet Cleaning to come out and help with the carpet to prevent any mold or mildew from forming. Bobby was fantastic—he explained each step of the cleaning process, what the equipment does, and was very friendly and professional. I can see why they have such great reviews! Sean showed up right on time and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and tile grout. I had asked for the same deep cleaning service as before, but Sean let me know that I didn’t actually need the more intensive cleaning this time. He suggested a lighter carpet cleaning instead, which saved me quite a bit of money.
