I have a pearl & diamond ring that is VERY sentimental to me as my mom gave it to me & unfortunately over the years with wear & tear I lost a diamond & the pearl jst recently fell out. I called & Jim was able to get me an appt within a couple days he gave me a great quote & was genuine from the start. Honest guy with amazing customer service who is trust worthy. For anyone looking to build a collection, Jim is your answer. He has a wealth of knowledge and takes the time to educate customers. All that education is effectively free because his prices are very competitive. Most importantly, Jim made my visit one of a kind for my four year older, who can't stop talking about all the "treasures" he got to see. Strongly recommend!
Jim was great I was referred by my cousin and im glad I went with jls diamonds he was able to help me get rid of some sterling silver for a friend of the family who lost her mother and the money he was able to give was such a blessings she was so happy she was in tears definitely a good honest man.
