I tried to shop small business but will not return to this place. I took in a chainsaw for an estimate on work and possible chain sharpening. They called the next day to give estimate of $90 which I declined (buying a brand new one for a little more). I went to pick the chainsaw up and it is literally in pieces in the box and no longer even resembles a chainsaw. They said they would have to charge me $20 to put it back together.
