nice – I was very impressed by the customer service. They greeted me when I walked in and as our conversation progressed, they remembered and called me by name. Their entire focus was on ensuring that I had all of the information that I needed to make an informed purchase and to be sure that I got the gun that exactly fit my needs.

Good – JLM is a great firearms store. The staff is very helpful. If they do not have an item in the store, they will check to see if they can order it for you. They have a pretty good selection of accessories and are very customer oriented.

Great service – We came to JLM pretty much knowing what we wanted but my husband still was shopping around a little. The man that helped us was very friendly and showed us all that he had in stock of the type that I was looking for and we ended up purchasing at what I thought was a reasonable price.

Great Job – I had a great experience at JLM. The staff gives great information about the hunting gear and knows a lot about the gun smithing stuff too.

Great Staff – The young man at the counter was polite and friendly, the range boss was an extremely helpful and polite associate who went out of her way to give us a good experience - I also had an inexperienced shooter in my company, and it was important to make him comfortable at the range.

thanks JLM – I had a great experience here. I took my son and daughter here and we saw an assortment of handguns and a few others. This was the first time they held real guns and I think the power of the guns made an impact on them. The guy that helped us also taught them a great deal about gun safety which I certainly appreciated.

Will be back – One of my favorite ways to spend time with my son on Saturdays is at JLM. The guys here have not only taught us both a great deal about guns and shooting, but also about safety too. The merchandise is all reasonably priced and I would highly recommend checking them out.

Great customer service – JLM is my favorite gun shop around. The guys who work here are practically my friends because I have been coming here for so long. They have the best prices around for ammo and hunting gear and will go above and beyond for their customers.
