Attempted to bring JLM a very simple gunsmith job to replace a sight on a shotgun barrel. Spoke to someone on the phone about the project, showed up to give them the barrel and sight and was greeted by a very rude person who barked across the counter at me that I needed to bring the whole shotgun in and not just the barrel, When asked if he was sure (attempting to illustrate that he was just replacing the sight) I was cutoff mid sentence and met with the same very curt response that they needed the whole gun. I was just here a few days ago looking for a gift for my husband. He is a bit of a hunting enthusiast who always shops and JLM so I knew they would be able to help me out. As soon as I said who he was the employee not only recognized him but also said he knew just the gift. His birthday is this weekend and I cannot wait for him to open his new rifle.

good job – I have found Hi JLM to be an honest gun shop with fair prices and professional employees. Nothing fancy just straight-up and knowledgeable. Gun shops can be intimidating, but the staff working there was very helpful to me and I appreciated that very much.
