He is so pleasant to have in your home! He put protective covers around corners where hoses would go. He was very unabtrusive...as we had other people in the house while he was working. The only problem was we had two foot prints on the carpet in our master bath. He wasn't able remove them, but I was able to with an wet rag and little Dawn and some scrubbing.
Very informative on what can be done and the price upfront. Explains what was done and drying process. Friendly, cooperative, wrnt about his work with no idle time.
Terrific service! John was friendly, explained everything very well, and had such agreeable prices!
The service was great, very pleasant experience. Also the sectional looks fantastic. Will definitely use again.
